A Legal Disclaimer

  1. Books and T-Shirts

    • All sales of books and T-shirts are final. We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof of the issue for a replacement or refund.

  1. Service Bookings

    • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 3-6 days of the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  1. Exceptions

    • Refunds for digital products or customized services are not provided unless otherwise stated.

  1. Payment Gateway Policies

    • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to [5] business days depending on the payment gateway.

    • Any transaction fees applied by the payment gateway are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
